After-School Enrichment (Chugim)

Home / School Life / After-School Enrichment (Chugim)

Our after-school enrichment program offers students an extensive variety of on-campus, after-school enrichment activities. Not only do we offer an inter-scholastic sports program through the Small School Intermediate League (see Athletics in top navigation bar), we also have kindergarten through 5th grade aftercare, Middle School Homework Club, and chugim (enrichment) classes.

Each chugim session includes classes in academics, fine arts, language, music, performing arts, technology, robotics, and sports. Courses have included art, ceramics, creative play, dance, debate, drama, LEGO robotics, cheerleading, mad science, yoga, and many more! Classes meet once or twice per week and typically end at 4:45 PM, unless otherwise indicated. The program runs on a trimester schedule, with offerings changing in the fall, winter, and spring.

Hausner works with qualified individuals and organizations to make sure our after-school programs provide the best experiences for our students. Each enrichment class is comprised of several grade levels, broadening the students’ daily peer groups.
